Assign an owner

Set who runs each creative and track the team's load from the board.

What it is

Every creative can have an assignee — the person holding the ball at that moment. It's what replaces chasing people on WhatsApp: instead of asking who's doing what, you look at the board.

How to use it

From the video's side panel:

  1. Open the creative in the library.
  2. In the side panel, click the Assignee field.
  3. Search for the member and select them.

From the board:

  1. On the task card, click Assign editor.
  2. Pick the member from the list.

In list view, the Assignee column shows everyone at once.

Seeing who has what

The board's Assignee filter splits by person and includes an Unassigned option — which is exactly what you want to look at first in a status meeting: what has no owner.

Removing the assignment

From the card menu, Remove assignment returns the task to unassigned.

What gets recorded

Assignment and removal enter the video's history under the People filter, as assigned the task to Marina and removed the task assignee.
