Boards & automations
Columns and workflow
Model your process stages as columns and restrict which transitions are allowed.
What it is
Columns are the stages of your process. Workflow is the rule that says which moves between columns are valid.
An example board: Script → In editing → In review → Approved.
Creating the board and columns
- Click Create first board (or New board).
- Give it a name — e.g.
Q3 Creatives— and an optional description. - Under Columns, build the stages of your process.
Columns can be renamed later without losing their tasks.
Workflow — allowed transitions
Under Workflow you define which moves are valid. This stops a creative from jumping from the script column straight to approved without passing review.
When someone attempts a disallowed move, the platform blocks it and says: Moving to "Approved" is not allowed by the board workflow.
Moving tasks
Drag the card to the next column. If the destination column has an automation, the platform asks first: Moving this task will trigger automations. Continue?
In list view, use Change column instead of dragging.
Filtering
The board filter combines search by name, Column and Assignee — including Unassigned. A counter shows how many filters are active, and Clear resets everything.
Card menu
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Move to another board | Transfers the task to a different board |
| Remove assignment | Leaves the task unassigned |
| View in library | Opens the creative in the library |
| Remove from board | Takes the card off the board (the video stays in the library) |
What gets recorded
Every move enters the video's history as changed status to In review.
