Automations
Configure actions that fire on their own when a video enters a column.
What it is
Each column can hold an automation. When you drag a video into it, AdShields runs the action for you — nobody has to open another tab.

| Push to Meta Ads | Sends the video to the ad account's video gallery |
How to use it
- In the column header, click Configure automations.
- Choose the action that should fire when a card lands there.
- Save.
The column then shows a badge with how many automations are configured.
Confirmation before firing
When you move a card into a column with an automation, the platform asks first: Moving this task will trigger automations. Continue? — with a Move anyway option.
Tracking the result
The card shows progress — Sending…, Sent or Failed. On failure, use Reprocess to resend the task.
Prerequisite
The Meta Ads automation requires the integration to be connected. With no ad account linked, the push fails.
