Versions and history
Every new cut is a version of the same creative — with the full timeline of who did what.
What it is
When the editor sends back a new cut, it lands as a new version of the same
creative — not as a loose file named final_v3_THIS_ONE.mp4.
The creative gets a timeline: script, comments, scenes, versions and status changes, all in one place.
The History tab
Open the creative and go to History. Events can be filtered by family:

Each event carries who did it and when. Examples of what you'll see: uploaded version 3, approved the script, changed status to In review, assigned the task to Marina.
Restoring a version
Old versions aren't lost. If the new cut came out worse than the previous one, you can restore the version — and the restore itself is recorded.
Why it matters
When someone leaves the team, the WhatsApp thread goes with them. The creative's history doesn't — it stays with the creative.
