Comment on passages

Anchor a comment to an exact passage of the copy so the team knows precisely what to change.

What it is

A comment attached to a specific passage of the script. Unlike a loose comment on a card, it points at exactly which line needs to change.

How to use it

  1. In the script, select the passage of copy.
  2. Use the comment action for the selected passage.
  3. Write the request and send it.

With nothing selected the action is unavailable — the editor asks you to select a passage first.

Finding the comment later

Comments are listed alongside the creative. From a marked passage you can jump straight to it in the list.

What gets recorded

Every comment enters the video's history under the Script and scenes filter, with author and timestamp. Nothing is lost when someone leaves the project.
